The carbon nanotube film is prepared by a carbon nanotube preparation system integrating a high temperature heat field, a designed film collection system and a liquid carbon source control system.
The system adopts a method of atomizing liquid carbon source, and through the carrier gas and pressure guiding, the carbon source passes through the high temperature zone,in where cracked , and obtain the carbon nanotube material under the action of a catalyst, finally deposits the back end and form a carbon nanotube film.
Through the adjustment of parameters, can obtain multi-functional carbon nanotube films with different high transmittance and different resistivity , which can be applied to many photoelectric fields.

adopts double-layer shell structure and air-cooling system. The insulation material is thicker and the surface temperature of the shell is less than 60 °C. High-purity alumina is used as the furnace material, and the surface of the furnace is coated with a 1750 °C alumina coating imported from the United States, which can improve the heating efficiency (20%) and prolong the use of the instrument.
